About The Brickworks
Established in 2014, The Brickworks is a locally-owned restaurant with locally-sourced seasonal menus featuring BC produce and boutique meats. The bar offers over 55 gins—the largest selection in Whistler—and 11 local craft beer taps. Signature dishes include Slow Braised Bison Short Rib and Bone-In Korean BBQ glazed grilled BC pork loin.
