Claim your listing first — a plan applies to one venue, so we need to know which. Claiming with an email on your business's own domain verifies you on the spot; otherwise a person checks it within 1–2 business days and nothing is charged in the meantime. Secure payment via Stripe, and you can cancel from the billing portal at any time.

Questions from business owners

Is a listing really free?
Yes. Every venue in Metro Vancouver gets a full page with a gallery, hours, map, reviews and a concierge that answers visitor questions, at no cost and with no expiry. Claiming it costs nothing either. What the paid plans change is whose side the page is on: on Featured the concierge answers in your words, from copy you write, and promotes what you want promoted.
How much traffic will I get?
The number that matters is referrals: clicks from an event page here to its ticket page, counted click by click. Visitors opened venue pages 1 times in the last 30 days, across 1 pages, and event pages draw more than twice that. Claim your listing to see your own page’s figures, updated continuously.
How does claiming work?
Find your business on the site and click Claim. We'll email you a sign-in link — no password to set up. If you sign in with an email on the business's own domain we can verify you on the spot and the listing is yours immediately. Otherwise a person checks it, usually within 1–2 business days, and you can follow it at /business/claim/status.
Do I have to wait for approval before I can pay?
No — not if we can verify you automatically. An email address on the business's own domain (you@yourbusiness.com) matches the website or contact address already on the listing, which approves the claim as you file it and takes you straight to the plan picker. A free-mail address can't be tied to the business that way, so those claims are checked by a person first; nothing is charged while you wait.
My business isn't on the site yet. Can I add it?
Yes. Use the search on this page; if nothing comes up, choose 'Add my business' and tell us the name, town and website. We'll build the listing and send you the claim link.
What does the AI concierge actually do?
It answers the questions visitors type at your page, any hour — opening hours, where you are, parking, what's on — and points them at your bookings and tickets. On Featured it speaks for you: your description, your voice, the things you want brought up unprompted, and it opens your reservation form right in the chat.
I run events rather than a venue. Is there anything for me?
Yes, and it is the busiest part of the site: event pages drew more than twice the human visits of venue pages last month. Event Spotlight features your event on Events and This Weekend until the day it happens, and counts every ticket click we send you. It is a one-off $49 per event, no account needed (start at /promote), and included free on Featured and Pro.
How do ticket sales and payouts work?
Free on every plan, including the free listing. Connect a Stripe account and sell tickets, tours, stays, products and gift cards straight from your page. Money goes to your Stripe account; we keep a fee only when you sell: 8% on the free listing, 5% on Featured, 3% on Pro. No sales, no cost.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal in your dashboard — the same Stripe portal where you can change your card and download invoices. Plans are month to month, billed per venue, and your free listing stays live if you cancel.
