About Il Caminetto
Chef James Walt, a farm-to-table pioneer, creates regional Italian cuisine based on local, sustainable ingredients. He lives in Squamish and works closely with local farmers and producers, personally selecting ingredients for the menu. The pasta team rolls up to 30 kgs every morning. The menu includes a prix fixe menu and à la carte dishes featuring Pemberton vegetables, Nova Scotia lobster, and Brant Lake wagyu beef.
