About Haven Wellness Events
Haven Wellness is a collective of dedicated practitioners and teachers offering immersive wellness events hosted in Whistler designed to nurture mind, body and spirit. They have a public event schedule operating events from partnered hotels welcoming small groups and singles alongside private events for larger groups. Services include yoga (all levels), sound healing, breathwork, meditation, energy chakra clearing and reiki healing tools, movement journey, cold plunges, and adventure hikes.
