Fix Café at Nita Lake Lodge serves fair trade organic coffee, homemade soups, sandwiches, donuts, muffins and croissants. The café offers smoothies, salads and fresh fruit and vegetable juices. House-made plant-based ice cream is crafted in small batches using fresh local ingredients, including herbs and garnishes from the rooftop garden.
