About Crestway Bays | A Parkbridge Residential Community
Crestway Bays is a residential community with mature trees, a terraced hillside layout and a friendly atmosphere. Brand new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes are now leasing, with appliances including washers and dryers, granite-style countertops, wood-style flooring throughout, and private decks. Water and sewer are included, and lawn care is provided. The active Community Association offers pot luck suppers, a Christmas Bazaar, an annual garage sale, community barbeques, bingo and other social functions.
