Canadian Flower Winery produces icewine from grapes left to freeze naturally on the vine after the fall harvest. Tasting flights include red, table white, fruit wine and icewine, paired with artisan cheese, charcuterie or chocolates. The winery holds wine lecture courses. Music concerts take place throughout the year.
